add shipping charges for standard shipping (see
below). If you require express shipping, please
contact us directly for special arrangements.

confidential, and will not be made available to anyone
at any time. We do not suggest you send
your credit card information to us via e-mail.
While
we ship worldwide, the Online Ordering system will
only calculate US domestic shipping charges. Please
keep in mind that shipping to other countries will be
higher.
