ship via the U.S.
Postal Service, unless you request otherwise.
We usually process orders within 24 hours of our
receiving them via our secure Americart system, or by
telephone or fax. Packing the order is often
done immediately following processing. So you
can expect that your order will be on its way to you
within 36 hours of placing it. We strive to keep
all items in stock, and will inform you if there will
be an unusual delay.
About
Shipping/Handling Charges:
Besides
the normal shipping charges, a handling fee is applied
to all orders. This handling fee includes the
time it takes to process the order, the time to pack
it, and the actual shipping materials, including the
box, tube, padded envelope, etc. that is required
to get your purchases to you.
Our
shipping/handling charge is $8.50 for the first
item and $1.00 for each additional item.
If ordering by mail, it is always wise to phone us for total cost, as, depending on what you order and where you live, there are higher shipping rates involved, for example, our Music Box requires 10.50 s/h charge, due to its weight. Our number is 708-579-3749. Always safer to ask first! Then you won't delay your order because we have to contact you and ask for additional money to be sent. Sales tax is charged on all Illinois orders orders, at 7.75%.
